What exactly does Aetherpontis do?
Aetherpontis is an AI-enabled software development and technical talent company. We connect European businesses with skilled international engineers — either to deliver a complete software or automation project, or to provide developers and specialists who join your team. From a full build to a single hire, it is one infrastructure for accessing technical capability.
Are you a software agency or a recruiter?
Both, and neither. Traditional models force you to choose between a development agency and a recruitment firm. We remove that distinction: come to us with “we need software” and we build it, or “we need developers” and we provide them — under a single relationship.
How does AI change what I pay?
A developer with modern AI tools can research, prototype, write and test faster. That productivity gain is real — and we believe it should be reflected in the value delivered to you, not held entirely as provider margin.
